Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

If your hat arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@thursdaysports.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing, or preference. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
