We sell gear for sports fans. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or update products at any time.

2. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payments must be made at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

3. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During the NFL season and peak times, processing may take up to 2 game days (14 calendar days). Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We only accept returns or refunds if your hat arrives damaged during shipping. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the property of Thursday Sports and may not be used without our permission.
