Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that during the NFL season and other peak times, shipping may be delayed. Orders may take up to 2 game days (14 calendar days) to be processed and shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
